Entity: Avie Vinson Entertainment Private Ltd, incorporated in Delaware, USA
At Avie Vinson Entertainment Private Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”), your privacy is our top priority, especially when it comes to protecting children’s information.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Vobble Verse mobile application (the “App” or “Vobble Verse”), including the associated parent area and any related token purchase flows that redirect you to our website.
Vobble Verse is a mixed-audience app:
- Children use the kid-facing area of the App to listen to stories, play games, and create content.
- Parents or guardians use a PIN-protected parent section to manage settings, view activity, and initiate purchases.
1. Definitions

- User(s) – Parents, guardians, and children who access or use the Services.

- Child Area – The kid-facing portion of the App (including Listen, Create, Play, Explore, and other interactive features).

2. Information We Collect
Because Vobble Verse is a mixed-audience app, we collect different types of data depending on whether you are using the Parent Area or the Child Area.
2.1 Information Collected in the Parent Area
Information you provide directly:
- Account information: Name, email address, account credentials, and PIN used to protect the Parent Area.
- Consent and verification information: Data related to verifiable parental consent, including proof of a verifying in-app purchase (IAP).
- Preferences and settings: Choices you make about content access, feature restrictions, notifications, and privacy controls for your child’s use of the App.
- Feedback and support: Information you submit when you contact us for support, provide feedback, or respond to surveys.
Purchases and tokens (via website & Stripe):
- When you choose to purchase tokens or similar in-app currency/content from within the Parent Area, you may be redirected to our website to complete the transaction.
- Purchases on the website are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
- Stripe directly collects and processes your payment information.
- We do not store your full payment card details.
- We may receive limited transaction information (e.g., transaction ID, amount, status) in order to fulfil your purchase, update your token balance, provide receipts, and maintain records.
Information collected automatically:
- Technical data: IP address, device model, OS version, app version, language settings, and diagnostic logs.
- Analytics data: Feature usage, time spent, and settings changed in the Parent Area.
- Notifications:Device tokens, app instance IDs, and interaction logs (e.g., whether a notification was delivered, opened, or dismissed). These are used only to send service-related messages (e.g., feature updates, important reminders) and, where allowed, informational or promotional messages to parents.
2.2 Information Collected in the Child Area
Vobble Verse’s child-facing features collect only the limited data needed to provide interactive experiences and keep children safe. We do not collect personal identifiers like a child’s full name, email address, or contact information directly from the Child Area.
Depending on which features your child uses, the App may collect:
Listen Mode:
- No personal information is required to use basic listening features.
- We may collect non-personal usage data (e.g., which episodes were played, completion rates, and general usage patterns) in aggregated or de-identified form to improve recommendations and content design.
Create Mode (stories, voice, images):
Play Mode (interactive games):
Explore Mode (conversational interactions):
Transcripts (Create, Play, Explore):
- Voice input may be converted into text transcripts to:
- Capture ideas and details in Create.
- Drive gameplay logic and choices in Play.
- Interpret and respond to spoken queries in Explore.
- Transcripts are processed to provide the service and may be retained in a form that is accessible to parents within the Parent Area.
- These transcripts will be deleted no later than 12 months after the discontinuation of the service, or sooner if requested by a parent.
Identifiers & system data in the Child Area:
- Device identifiers and app instance IDs to ensure the App functions correctly and to link child usage to the correct parent account.
- Non-personal usage analytics (e.g., which features are used, frequency, session duration) to improve content, balance features, and keep engagement healthy.
We use defense-in-depth safeguards (see Section 6) to minimize the collection and retention of any personally identifiable information (PII) from children.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide and personalize the Vobble Verse experience, including recommendations and curated content.
- Enable interactive storytelling, games, and conversational experiences (Create, Play, Explore, and similar features).

- Manage accounts, tokens, and parental controls, including recording and confirming purchases, maintaining balances, and enforcing limits.
- Process payments (via App Store/Play Store verification and Stripe on our website) and maintain transaction records.
- Send non-personalized push notifications (messages that are the same for all users and not based on your child’s personal information) to:
- Alert parents and children about new stories, games, or characters.
- Celebrate milestones or achievements.
- Provide required service-related notices (e.g., feature or policy updates).
- Improve safety, fraud detection, and compliance with laws, including COPPA and other applicable regulations.
- Monitor and enhance performance, usability, and reliability of the App.
We do not use your child’s data to build advertising profiles or deliver targeted ads to children.

These providers are contractually required to only use the information to provide services on our behalf and to protect it appropriately.
- Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or other business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy that is at least as protective.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or government request, or when we believe it is necessary to:
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of children, users, or others;
- Detect, prevent, or respond to fraud, security issues, or technical problems;
- Enforce our terms and policies.
We do not engage in behavioral profiling or targeted advertising based on children’s data.
6. Children’s Privacy
Vobble Verse is designed with children’s safety and privacy at its core. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and take multiple steps to limit and protect children’s data.
6.1 Parental Consent
Children cannot access features that collect personal information (such as Create, Play, Explore, or any voice/photo-based features) until a parent or guardian provides verifiable parental consent.
- Without consent, children may access limited Listen-only content and other features that do not require personal information.
- We obtain verifiable parental consent via a verifying in-app purchase (IAP) during onboarding, or through another legally approved verification method.
6.2 Preventing Collection of Personal Information
We use a combination of technical safeguards, AI-based moderation, and careful design to minimize the collection of children’s personal information:
- Inputs and outputs in voice and creative features are:
- Steered by prompt engineering and safe-topic restrictions to discourage children from sharing PII.
- Screened using moderation tools and filters that aim to block or redact PII and inappropriate content.
- Explore-style experiences are limited to curated, age-appropriate knowledge bases and cannot freely browse the internet or solicit PII.
- We do not ask children to provide their full name, address, email account, or direct contact details in the Child Area.
6.3 Monitoring and Review
- Automated moderation runs at both the input and output stages to reduce the risk of collecting or displaying inappropriate or identifying content.
- Periodic human safety reviews may be conducted on flagged, pseudonymized or minimized data to ensure that safeguards are functioning and to address edge cases.
6.4 Data Minimization and Retention
We minimize the amount of data collected and limit how long it is retained (see Section 4):
- Voice recordings and photos → deleted within 30 days.
- Transcripts → deleted no later than 12 months after discontinuation of the service, or sooner if requested by a verified parent.
- No persistent child contact identifiers (such as a child’s email address or phone number) are collected from the Child Area.
6.5 Advertising and Profiling
- No advertising is presented to children within the Child Area of Vobble Verse.
- No behavioral profiling or targeted advertising is conducted based on child accounts or child usage.
7. Parental Rights & Controls
As a parent or legal guardian, you can:
- Restrict access to certain features or content from the Parent Area.
- Review child-facing transcripts and applicable usage information, where available.
- Request access to, or deletion of, child data that we have collected.
- Withdraw consent at any time and stop further collection of your child’s data (though this may limit the features available to your child).
- Deactivate or delete your account and associated child profiles.
Verification:
We may require identity verification (for example, confirming account ownership, verifying an App Store/Play Store transaction, or responding via a verified email address) before processing access or deletion requests, to protect children’s privacy and security.
8. Content Ownership & Permissions
- Vobble Content:
All stories, music, games, and other materials we provide within Vobble Verse are owned or licensed by Avie Vinson Entertainment Private Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.
- User-Created Content:
Stories, recordings, and other creative outputs generated by your child remain your child’s property.
- Temporary copies may be retained and processed to provide the service (e.g., to allow playback, editing, or parental review).
- We will not use your child’s Created Content externally (for example, in marketing) without obtaining explicit parental permission where required.
9. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including:
- Hosting primarily on AWS servers in the United States.
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (such as AES-256 where applicable).
- Access controls, audit logs, and staff training designed to limit access to personal information to authorized personnel and Service Providers.
While we strive to use industry-standard protections, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We encourage parents to supervise their child’s use of the App and maintain strong account security (e.g., unique passwords, secure PINs).
10. Legal Basis
- COPPA: We obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children under 13 in the United States.
- CCPA/CPRA (where applicable): California residents may have rights to request access to, deletion of, or additional information about their personal information. Vobble does not sell personal information.
11. Future Features (e.g., Social Bubble)
We may introduce new, optional features to Vobble Verse that involve limited sharing or social interaction, such as a “Social Bubble”:
- Children may share selected creations with a small, parent-approved circle (e.g., siblings, cousins, or close friends).
- These features will be disabled by default and can only be enabled and managed from the Parent Area.
- Any such features will be designed in line with COPPA and this Privacy Policy, with no selling of personal information and no public, open-network posting or ads.
We will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, obtain additional consent before launching features that materially change how we collect or share information.
12. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, Services, or legal requirements.
- We will indicate the “Effective Date” at the top of the policy.
- For material changes, we will notify parents via the App (Parent Area) or by email, where feasible, and may request renewed consent where required by law.
